Pre-School Holiday Programme

Registrations close Friday 29th June.

Bring along your 2-6 year olds’ for some fun & games where we will learn fundamental skills to assist with healthy growth and development.
We will dance and play games that will teach kids balance, posture, movement, ball skills, basic numbering and letter skills, how to work well in groups and also how to interact with each other. At the end of the session we will do some stretching and short meditations to teach the kids how to relax and be still.
Parents are required to stay at the venue, or leave someone in charge of their child. Each session will run for 40 minutes each and kids will be put into appropriate age groups once all of the registrations are in.

SATURDAY 26TH MAY 4.00PM – 8.00PM

Introduction to Mindfulness, Meditation & Stretching for Relaxation & Stress Relief.
Join us in our casual, light-hearted and judgement free surroundings to learning about, and practice mindfulness. This Saturday session will be based on lessons to help you to relax and relieve stress and tension. We will also do some meditations and gentle movement to assist with teaching you how to live a better quality of life.

Dinner is included in the cost.

There is also a Sunday session that will have us working on mindfulness, meditation and gentle movements for Self-Compassion, Clarity of Mind and Stress Relief. You are more than welcome to come to both workshops and there is also an option to stay overnight at the lovely venue that is just a few minutes walk from the world famous Taranaki coastal walkway, please contact me for more information.

SUNDAY 27TH MAY 10.00AM – 4.00PM

Join us in our casual, light-hearted and judgement free surroundings to learning about, and practice mindfulness. This Sunday session will be based on lessons to help you to relax learn to more self-compassionate, clear your mind noise and relieve stress and tension. We will also do some meditations and gentle movement to assist with teaching you how to live a better quality of life.

BYO Lunch. Other refreshments will be provided.
