MINDFULNESS & MOVEMENT FOR WELLBEING

Come along to learn how to clear your mind, deal with stress & learn ways to take care of yourself. You are far too important not to, & life is too great to allow it to pass you by.
We will learn about mindfulness and tools that we can use to learn to deal with stress and anxiety, do some gentle yoga/stretching for better posture, tone and well-being. We will do meditation and learn how to bring more happiness into our lives by being the master of our own minds rather than slaves to it.
Open to all ages – these are great things for our kids to learn too, teaching them mindfulness techniques will help them to grow into resilient adults.
