I am passionate about helping people to build muscle strength that will assist with correct posture, injury rehabilitation and prevention, balance and confidence so that you can have a good quality of life.  I have assisted people that have common shoulder, knee and back problems, with a few good exercises and stretches they have been able to get back to doing the jobs and activities that they love.

Being strong (not necessarily Arnold Schwarzenegger strong) and having good poise really can make the world of difference to how you feel about yourself.  I also like to work with movement that helps to burn fat, tone and lengthen muscles while also improving flexibility.  We can build the mind muscle too by practicing mindfulness & meditation.  Whatever you are wanting to work on I can write a programme that will suit your needs and coach you through the process.

Huge progress can be made in just two 30 minute sessions a week, this would be my suggested minimum.  Or you may want to do more, give me a call and we can set up a time to have a complimentary discussion about what would be best for you.

$20 for each 30 minutes
